Refund Policy

Every item in our shop is handcrafted with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@missgailsmacrame.ca with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or defective item

Once we review your request, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will work with Canada Post to investigate.
